I've been looking at a few sites that are for sale lately and am looking to invest in some established sites. Wanted to write a quick note to anyone who is or knows someone selling a site. I'd like to check it out.
I know I need to get some new content here. My motivation to blog has slowly dwindled a little but I'll see if I can get back in the blogging spirit.

Hang in there with the blogging! I know that it often seems like a monkey on your back, but I think it is all worthwhile in the long haul.
When you blog, try to provide valuable information to your readers. Provide the references that support your ideas in terms of hyperlinks to primary material, and explain your thinking so that a reader will actually learn a lot about how you made your decisions.
Anyhow, that's how I try to approach an entry.
